What do I need to become a member?
You will need to be 21 years or older, have a valid recommendation, and show proof of California residency.
Is the tax and delivery fee included in price?
Yes, for more convenient pricing the tax and fees are included.
Does Valley Essentials have a minimum order amount?
Yes, we ask that members contribute at least a $100 minimum donation to qualify for delivery.
Can I place an order the same day I become a member?
Yes, you can order immediately after becoming verified and accepted as member of Valley Essentials.
How does the delivery process work?
We offer our members two delivery methods:
- Members can receive a full consultation, with recommendations and insights from our consultants, and select their products at an agreed private on site location.
- For members who prefer a quick delivery and already know what they would like, we offer the ability to place orders through our email firstname.lastname@example.org , or directly at 6508233760 . Your order will be discreetly packaged and delivered in a timely manner.
How long does it take for a delivery to arrive after I place an order?
Delivery times can be anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours, and is dependent on the volume of pre-orders and the number of members scheduled ahead of your delivery. For best service, we recommend scheduling a delivery or consultation a day in advance or more.
If I'm not available for a delivery can I have my friend receive the order for me?
Unless, your friend is a member of Valley Essentials or your primary care giver then the answer is no. We only deliver products to Valley Essentials members, who have provided satisfactory proof to the Board of Directors that they have a current valid recommendation from a licensed physician to use cannabis for medicinal purposes, and are California residents.
